Processing, Fulfillment & Shipping

Your soon-to-be new favorite shirts are made to order, and we want you to be happy with your purchase!

Once your order is placed, it is sent directly to our fulfillment partner, Printful, where your item is custom printed and prepared for shipment.

Please allow:

• 2–5 business days for production and 3-7 business days after fulfillment (U.S. orders); 7-21 business days after fulfillment (International orders)

• Additional time for shipping depending on your location

You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

Because each piece is created just for you, processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-volume seasons. Sometimes good things take 

• Expedited shipping applies to delivery speed after fulfillment. All items are made to order (2–5 business days).

Please note that we cannot guarantee carrier delivery times once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing

• Buyer’s remorse

• Preference changes

• Ordering the wrong item or color

We strongly encourage reviewing the size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@resilientteeclub.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

• A brief description

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
